It’s been a whirlwind of finding where everything goes. That includes emotions. We are finally moved in. It was great! I love our new home. No there is no but involved. We have a lot to go through since 90 percent of our stuff was in boxes. I did sort through. It’s the memories that have me hung up. Things before the cancer. Things before the homelessness that I cherished but now makes me feel depressed. Many of them have wonderful memories but now they are part of a long past lifetime that I want to move past. I like my new life and have begun to throw or donate stuff. It helps me a little but I feel like I’m mourning someone. That attachment is what brings me down. It hasn’t stopped me yet. I’ve been working on finishing my office and that has given me happiness. It’s nearly unpacked.

Moving again was hard for me. I was so tired of moving. Having this house helped me continue to move forward. Just one more little push. I still feel like we are renting and I hope someday it will go away.

A small part that is on a long list of grateful things is these tiles I’ve been carrying with me since my first apartment with my husband. Every place we lived, I would put them up in the bathroom and say, “someday. Someday we’re going to get a home and these are going into my bathroom (some days it was the kitchen).” Now they are here with us and are in the bathrooms. I see them everyday and tell myself we made it!

Harry Potter festival was amazing! I sold 5 books and met a few people who have read my books too! That is an amazing feeling. The best I can describe is a dream come true!

I love meeting new people and vendors.

Fun! I saw Stan The skeleton again ❤️

I haven’t been able to draw since I’ve moved but this is one of my favorite ones I’ve done. I’m thinking when I get the machine, I will put this on a shirt!

My next event will be in Glennsferry(Idaho) an author event. I’m excited to meet more authors and Glennsferry. It’s been a while since I’ve been.
